| The final phase of stabilizing begins here. The Quality Assurance Team tests the website in real-life conditions. In addition to the functionality, the performance aspects of the website are also tested. |
| The completed modules are integrated and tied in with each other. Through a series of iterations, the combined parts of the project are tested to determine if they function together correctly. |
| NetGalactic completes the development
process, which includes developing modules, unit testing and integration. The actual code is written as per the detailed documentation of the previous phases using a Modular approach. Unit level and Module level testing is carried out at this stage. |
| NetGalactic documents the entire
technical description of project as per the above architectural design. This
document defines the coding standards to be used in the lifecycle of the
project and outlines: Constants to be used Common Functions Naming Formats/ Guidelines Queries The relations between the elements of the database and the elements on the page The planning phase ends here and the development phase begins. |
| An approval cycle with the client is carried out in order to sign off on the architectural specifications. |
| The second phase of planning begins here after the approval of the prototype. The functionality and database architecture to be used are defined, designed and documented. |
| An approval cycle with the client is carried out in order to sign off on the prototype. |
| The modules and features outlined in the Feature Specification document are implemented as an HTML click-through. This allows for a working review of the Feature Specification. The Prototype is the skeletal framework upon which the graphics are envisioned and designed. The envisioning phase ends here. |
| The project requirements are analyzed
and broken down into individual features and modules for the purpose of Feature Specifications. |
| After detailed discussions with all the people concerned, a detailed business proposal is drafted that gives the client comprehensive know-how of the project cycle and the estimation. |
| An approval cycle with the client is carried out in order to sign off on the features. |
| The proposal is sent to the client for approval and sign off. |
| As soon as the Request for Proposal
comes in,NetGalactic swings into action and works towards building a complete strategy for the project and its implementation. |
