
NG follows a standard protocol for formal communication with clients.
This is a loosely defined protocol that can be re-defined at a
project level and thereby varies from project to project. As per
the ISO 9001 certification, NG has predefined set of communication
templates.
- All communication with clients will be through

- A client will informed of all important contact details of
the project team
- Any form of communication with a client will be followed up
with a minutes of meeting duly prepared, listing out all actionable
points discussed
